Guardhouse Wood Capsule Display Boxes 20 Coin Large/Air Tite T / 44.5mm, Mahogany Hardtop

I like this item because it is just perfect for an encapsulated Silver Eagle Dollar. I bought 6 of these as to use for different sets of Silver Eagle Dollars. I am working now to make a Label to put on the front of the box. I am going to print the label on a paper that has a sticky backing. It should work if not moved around a lot. But just easy to find which one you want by just looking at the top.

This was a gift for my dad to store his coins. He loved it!

The first one that I received the hinge was flat out broken.I sent that one back and promptly received a replacement.Unfortunately, this one also has a defective hinge and it’s just a matter of time before it breaks.However, since this is the second time, I figured that this is likely a problem With quality control in China.So I did not bother to send this one back.

Normally I would send this back immediately because it was false advertising. The ad calls it "Wood...and Mahogany Hardtop". I was expecting a wooden box, or at least a wooden lid. My coins fit nicely in the boxes and they offer a great display so I will probably keep them but Amazon should fix the listing so that others are not fooled.

Product is described as wood. The product received was plastic.
