[Tengo alfombra]

Two-piece rail connector is in the way
I expected this to come in two halves, but rather than having them meet at a bolt, they included a small plate to connect the two halves together. This may vary by size (mine was the 10' length). The problem is that the midpoint stops slide over the rail and are limited in how close they can get to each other due to the connector plate. The connector plate is 3 1/8", the stops are 1 5/8" and the roller brackets are about 1 1/2" wide and extend about 6 1/2" from the top. So when your doors are closed, the gap between the brackets must be at least 6 3/8" wide. The brackets are another 1 9/16" wide, so you need at least 9 1/2" of surface area of wood for it all to fit. If your vertical frame of the door is narrow (like their picture shown) you can't get them to come together. (this only matters if you want them to each stop in the middle)My doors have 3 1/2" vertical framing (7" total area as they meet) so the only way I could make this work was to leave the center connector plate off. I'm my case the stops are both at the center (about 1/2" apart). I'll just hope that they hold up over time without the connector plate installed. They should re-design the door stops and connector plate to work together better. All that to say that if your door has narrower vertical framing pieces or a top less than 6 1/2" tall (like their picture), the brackets will extend beyond the outer door frame and over the center panels.Update: Decided to bump up my rating a bit. Now that my project is complete, leaving the center plate off really didn't matter. My doors are very heavy and the rail is holding perfectly. Additionally, the seller reached out to me and when I noted the issue they were eager to address my concerns.

Good quality
This is very heavy and sturdy. I can’t use it for my current project but I’m keeping it to use later. I intended to use it for my spare room closet and the doors aren’t heavy and only 1” thick. This item would be better for a larger door

Beautiful door that YOU MUST ASSEMBLE don’t be like me and not realize that!
This door is very nice and looks amazing considering it’s relatively inexpensive. I originally wanted to knock off a star because even though I thought I’d read the description carefully and looked through the description photos and the all of the reviews I *still* managed to be surprised when the very narrow box arrived full of pieces I needed to assemble. I somehow thought that the word DIY and everyone saying it was easy to put together meant that assembling and hanging the hardware was easy. But that was totally on me because after going back and reading again, it’s clear that you must put the entire door together. Once I got over my surprise I quickly got to work. I did end up sanding the edges a bit before assembly but overall it’s all cut and routed very nicely. The instructions are clear and after I laid everything out on the floor, it all slid together easily and screwed together without any issues. I did need to do a final sand with a block and caulk a few seams before priming and painting, but that’s not unexpected. Don’t hesitate to buy this door. The quality is as high or higher than buying one at a big box hardware store and the price is excellent. It took me about 45 minutes to put this together but now that I know what to do, it would probably take only 15 minutes. Since it was just me putting it together, I found that having something to prop it up on as you are sliding the boards into the side piece really helped. I used a heavy chair. I’m handy enough but I don’t usually do stuff like this, so if I can do it, anyone can! I haven’t hung the rail yet, but it looks good and is as heavy as other barn door rails I’ve installed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ok bar
Did the job, but no matter how tight you made the connector for the 2 bars it would never stay perfectly straight. But it does the job
