This did seem to take the edge off. After a few days I noticed I was not as emotional. I still had bad dreams, however. After about a week I did notice a mood improvement, but there was a day I didn’t take it and I experienced a mental crash where my sad feelings intensified. The taste is strong because of the alcohol, but I’ve gotten used to it. I reordered another bottle so I can keep taking it for a few more weeks.

Love this. I used the 4oz to refill my 2oz bottle and it has made a huge difference in my emotional/hormonal recovery. I found it very effective and can tell a difference when I take it. I read a crazy review on here that made me cackle but convinced me to buy. It tastes like an old fashioned but I mixed it with a bit of body armor and it masked it a bit. I swear by this thing along with cold compress and sunflower lecithin.
