It's smaller than I expected ie lesser diameter when open but it's a nice little fan and will be good for the wedding I'm going to. It's supposed to be silk. Feels nothing like silk to me but what do I know? It's fabric anyway. Not paper. The bamboo is nice. I've bought many fans over the years and like the bamboo ones best. the little bag is useful for containing it in your bag. Over all happy.

Not as described. The fan itself is ok but the ‘silk fabric’ is some sort of paper. Very crunchy and noisy. I was hoping for fabrics to avoid the irritation of crumpling paper. May as well use an old envelope.

What I like about this fan is that it’s a cheap alternative to an expensive electric fan; I feel that with fans if you are getting an electric fan it makes sense to get an expensive one because the cheap electric fans become ineffective when the room gets too warm. So instead of getting a cheap electric fan it makes more sense buying one of these manual hand fans whereby you can regulate velocity with the speed at which you fan yourself no matter how hot it is.

Beautifully presented item. Very robust, excellent for menopause flushes. More effective than the carved bamboo one I purchased. So good I immediately bought another.

Paper fabric not Silk like , had to sand down wood for splinters in it .
