Prepworks by Progressive Adjust-A-Slice Mandoline

This mandoline is so easy to use, the blade is extremely sharp (watch your fingers), it has 3 sizes of cutting levels making it easy to cut very thin or thicker slices & has cut my work time to slice vegetables to almost nill. It cleans very easily but you do have to watch the blade knife as you an accidentally cut yourself when cleaning it.

My wife does a lot of food preparation when cooking and also does a lot of canning and food preservation. This thing is amazing!!! It cuts like a laser, but wear protective gloves. She took off a 2" long slice of skin from her middle finger when she decided to use it without them. Even with that she loves this slicer. Best money I ever spent, well... at least after I bought gloves for her it was... :)

I like the fact that it has 3 different slicing options and the lock option too.

Works as described. Good value. Wanted something that didn't take up much room. This fits the bill.

Very sharp and light but the plastic seems flimsy, time will tell but it's good for the price
