Summer go to non alcoholic bevvy
This got me through summer. Best served ice cold. I’d run under tap the stick in freezer for 45 mins set a timer though these freeze fast. At the 1hr-1.5hr mark it gets slushy. Drinking more than 2 daily isn’t advised if you are prone to acid reflux. It honestly does nothing for my energy levels.I’ve repurchased over 10x when there’s a promo a 4 pack can range from £1.80-2.70 so we bulk buy for the summer then. It works out cheaper than an 8 pack or 12 pack lock term and easier to store.
