Tastes Great, Smells Great, Good for You
This is the healthy, real thing! When I learned that taking large amounts of Saigon cinnamon could be dangerous, one of my nephews turned me on to this. The taste and smell are slightly different than Saigon cinnamon, but it is still a great cinnamon for that bowl of oatmeal or fiber drink I mix up every day. Now I feel that I am safely getting the benefits of cinnamon and enjoying the taste and smell. It is very well worth it!

Very mild!
This cinnamon is ground very fine. So fine in fact that it can be a bit hard to mix in. The powder tends to poof.The flavor is good but not what most people are used to. It is very mild. For a normal recipe doubling the portion will not over do it and I recommend some experimentation especially with things that have a heavy reliance on the cinnamons flavor! i.e.. cinnamon French toast and apple dishes.

New taste for cinnamon.
I am sure this product is plenty quality wise, but I wasn’t used to or prepared for the taste. I’m used to Saigon cinnamon which in my opinion has a strong cinnamon flavor. That’s what I think of when I think of cinnamon. I purchased this cinnamon because apparently this is the type that has the health benefits. But I’m not a fan of the flavor. I’m going to mix it with my Saigon cinnamon and hopefully still get the health benefits.

Quality Product
I use this cinnamon daily on my coffee. I also make my own granola and bake a lot with it. One bag goes a long way. There’s no caking and the flavor is very bold. I love that it’s organic and doesn’t come in a plastic or foil bag.
