My laptop came in perfect condition!! No scratches, no dents, no nothing! And the charge holds up beautifully. I needed a reliable computer for school, and this has been holding up for me and working perfectly. Highly recommend grabbing one of these, they do get the latest update and it runs MINT. You won’t regret it, the price is awesome!!

I purchased this renewed Early 2020 MacBook Air (Intel Core i3, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD) on March 31, 2025, and I’ve been using it daily since. For a renewed product, I’m genuinely impressed by the quality – it looks almost brand new and runs smoothly for most everyday tasks like browsing, email, streaming, and light productivity.The 13-inch display is crisp and vibrant, and the gold color gives it a sleek, premium look. Battery life has been decent so far, and the keyboard feels comfortable to type on.A few things to note:• It’s not the fastest MacBook out there, especially compared to M1/M2 models, so I wouldn’t recommend it for heavy video editing or gaming.• The fan does spin up during multitasking, but nothing extreme.Overall, this is a great budget-friendly option if you want to enjoy the Mac experience without paying full price. Solid choice for students, writers, or casual users.

The laptop is ok but it was advertised as excellent quality and that is not the truth. It turns on and it works ok. It has dents and multiple scratches. It runs very loud and runs hot easily. The camera quality is poor. One of usbc ports does not work. I needed a personal laptop and purchased this laptop because I have the same one for work, and I like my work laptop. I think this MacBook will do for now but it is not in excellent condition as advertised and they need to advertise appropriately.

I bought this MacBook Air and when I opened it, it had a dent on it, but then I realized it was just a sticker that goes over the actual aluminum so it was an air bubble. There were a few scratches on the screen and on the side, but other than that, it’s a pretty good MacBook you just need to update it and I’ll run faster And the battery life is good

I absolutely love it! This is literally like new. It works well too! Barely any scratches noticed.

UPDATE: It's probably been over a month since I wrote my initial review. After receiving my first MacBook that came with a hardware issue, I immediately reached out to the seller to see if they would replace it. They responded immediately and said they would send me a replacement, so after sending my faulty MacBook in, my replacement came in about a week. Since then, I have had no issues with my new one and I am excited to hopefully have this one for many years!Unfortunately, I am going to need to return the one I received as there is most likely a hardware issue. I am really disappointed because I was really excited for this MacBook! I need this for school and I was planning on using this for many years but I can't spend almost $400+ for it to come broken, I don't have that kind of money.The model I received came with Catalina OS and it had a few issues such as weird frame rate stuff in browser and no sound driver. Both of these issues were fixed when I upgraded to the most recent OS, Sequioa. However, since the night I received it, I have consistently gotten the error message "Your computer was restarted because of a problem" and the error code that it sends to Apple is always the same. There is a kernel panic that I have been told is a major hardware issue and I cannot afford to replace this if the hardware fails anytime soon!I will certainly update this when the issue is resolved, because I love everything about this laptop. The screen is bright and beautiful, the keys are a wonder to press and it's super easy to use (Lifelong Mac User here).

Just a couple of minor scratches, everything else works perfectly fine. Screen in good condition.

I bought one of these laptops last month and it works perfectly, great value for money! The only thing I want to add is that one time, I could hear the fan making noise from overheating (the vent didn’t appear to be blocked and it was just sitting on my desk) but it hasn’t happened since. The battery life is alright, it probably lasts around 4 hours which is a big improvement considering my last laptop lasted 2 hours or less.
