Q: Has anyone tried to take a picture from an I phone to send---if so, does it reproduce ok?

You can and I did-however the color is a little off and the photo is ok but because of the slight curve of the magnifier the photo isn’t perfect. If you don’t hold the I-phone camera totally still it’s little blurry as well. Just not as clear as the original slide but a cheaper way to coy them.

Q: What is the size in inches of the glass viewing screen? Are the pictures at all distorted, or are they clear?

The screen is 3.75”H by 2.75”W. The image is not distorted.

Q: Can you preview 8mm movie film in this

Visually, I'm not sure. You also may have to hold it in position as 8mm is very narrow. .

Q: what is the difference between m203 with usb cable and viewer that is just battery powered
