These marine collagen supplements feature 2 different types of supplements including tablet form to be taken in the morning & a red coloured capsule form for evening consumption.Both of these supplements are unscented & easy to swallow, though I personally prefer to take all of my supplements in capsule form as I find the gel coating usually makes them much easier to swallow, as these supplements also contain a slightly larger sized tablet supplement I have reflected this in my review.I have taken daily collagen supplements for many years now & will continue to do so because of the amazing benefits they provide for my skin including wrinkle reduction & supporting healthy joints, bones & teeth for an affordable price as each supplement costs a matter of pence, I usually just take them at one point during the day rather than at separate times such as morning & evening like these so there may be more likelihood of forgetting to take the required dose.Collagen supplements are quick, easy & affordable to implement as part of a daily beauty routine, I never have the time to have regular beauty treatments such as facials but I can always spare a couple of minutes a day to swallow a collagen supplement.

This company is the largest supplier of vitamins and supplements worldwide and started in Germany in the 90's. So with a trusted company producing a collagen supplement, it makes sense if looking after your appearance is a concern. Paying a little more to ensure you know you are getting a decent trustworthy product also makes sense. On opening the product it exudes quality. The capsules are all individually wrapped in a foil backing are clearly marked as day and night doses. This eliminates any confusion as to dosage and timing.Clearly another product to report back on after use, but it would seem from other reviewers that the experience has been good so far. Happy to deliver a solid 4 * rating and will update after using for month supply. Not sure if the £23 cost is doable EVERY month but if i like what i see in the mirror I could be easily convinced!

Real change in nails & hair within days

Another good supplement by Healthspan. I am a fan of this particular brand, as I know they can be counted on to provide high quality vitamins / supplements at a reasonable price. I have recently begun to introduce collagen into my daily routine as I am approaching the age when my skin could use a little help in maintaining elasticity and plumpness. I am experimenting with different types of collagen - liquid forms, capsules, powder or tablets - and I do like the Healthspan version. As other reviewers have noted, there are contradictions in the instructions: you are supposed to take one in the morning and one in the evening. Only time will tell with regard to the benefits for my skin and hair.

I have been taking marine collagen for a few months now and have found it does help my skin and hair, especially my hair, also noticed after about 3 months my joints felt a little better. These Marine collagen tablets are close to the quality I've been taking before now, and have not noticed a drop in the way they are supposed to work, I don't think I will carry on with these when the pack is all used though, as you have to take 2 a day separately, one in morning and one in evening, I keep forgetting to take evening tablet, they are nice and small enough to swallow, easy to swallow with no taste. You get enough tablets to last 28 days. I've been taking these for a couple of weeks.
