Got my vitamin D levels up
In my opinion this is a high quality vitamin D. My levels were pretty low at around 13 (I think the healty range starts at 30). I took this for around 3 months and when I retested my vitamin D it was at 41. It tasts kind of "oily" in a sense but I did not mind it and it goes away pretty quick.

Sabor neutro..facil de digerir... pero lo mejor el gotero viene de un 1ml para mi es plus por que aveces te dan las dosis pero los goteros no tienen medida
