Excellent for increasing flexibility
Sometimes I just don’t feel like going to the gym. I can get a decent leg workout in my living room with this. I can finally do deep squats without extending my knees past my toes. Makes maintaining my balance easy while doing squats. I’m really pleased with this purchase. Great for calf work too.

Great product
Comes assembled. It looks good too like someone too the care to make this item. Rubber strips on the bottom so it doesn't slide. It's very sturdy. If you're doing goblet squats or holding dumbbells at your sides for squats this does the trick for upright squats.
