This protein mixes easily. There is very little flavor so you can put in anything from soups to yogurt to water.

I got this when I started going to the gym more regularly. Good for blending with frozen fruit, bananas milk, peanut butter and making a smoothie (or any drink you prefer). I can't say how it tastes with water or by itself since I've never drank it bare, but doesn't have much of a strong flavor or chalky after tastes that I've found some other products and flavors to have.A somewhat smaller container with a relatively bigger scoop so I found this goes pretty fast. Not bad for me since I didn't want to commit to the larger ones but if you workout 3 or more times a week and drink this after, it may last about a month depending if you're single scooping or not.Also got this since it's suppose to be better if you have lactose intolerance. flavor palatable. I add vanilla yogurt and chocolate Ovaltine. saves me from hypoglycemic ups & downs.

Biggest takeaway is going to be this protein clumps up when mixing, otherwise flavor , purity no fillers is spot on

This protein doesn't de-solve at all. Your better off eating with a spoon then chasing

I like this product because there is no sugar or flavor in it.
