It has a strong smell and taste when you put it in your mouth. I drink a lot of water and take it typically after I eat. I am trying to get more healthy and eat clean and workout as well. This is my first try of "Kutki" as I've never been aware of this plant. During research I found that this is a good remedy for heartburn and acidity, and I can confirm that since taking this supplement I haven't had any heartburn (I usually feel this at least once a day... ). I like that this product is only 1 ingredient, it's clearly labeled with expiry date and lot number, and the company claims they do 3rd party testing (but I could not find any test results advertised anywhere, I did not reach out to the manufacturer to ask).
