This is an excellent choice and reasonabale cost ($2,999.) of a quality high end massage chair. Delivered (with an extra $ 200. fee) to my front door on time; Delivery person was willing to help me get it into my front door rather than just leave it on the porch! It required more assembly than I expected, so I needed help from my neighbor to make sure I attached the foot rest correctly.My biggest disappointment is that it is a built to accommodate a large person (up to 6"2." and up to 280 lbs.) and I am only 5".5" and under 175 lbs. I tend to be not as snug as I would like to be during the massage; also I have short arms, so it is awkward for me to use the side arm airbag massager. But I am glad I purchased it.You are asked to keep the packaging material in case of a return within a year! This is cumbersome storage problem; and I'm not sure the packaging can be reused after the container has been opened and taken apart.

This is my second review for this massage chair. I absolutely love my massage chair. It has a variety of different programs to select from. The reason for the first review was an issue with a repair. It was more that I felt I should handle. After some back and forth, Real Relax made it right. I sit in my chair everyday sometime more than once. One of the best things I have bought.

Pros- The massage chair itself is great. Super comfortable and great massage modes.- Easy to setup and easy operate manually via the touch pad.Cons- Wireless charger does not work at all. Thankfully there’s a USB output and that works- Paper with App setup directions does not provide the Bluetooth pairing code. I had to do a bit of searching to find it- There is some confusion around which App to use, as the paper directions does not clarify. There’s “Real Relax Smart” and “Real Relax for PS6500”. I tried both and results are as following- My iPhone Bluetooth pairs with the chair, but neither of the possible Apps detect the chair itself. So the Apps are unusable. Super disappointed about this, as it was one of the big selling points- As an additional negative on the apps, both appear to be Chinese developed and so some of the popups are in the wrong language, even if most of the App language is EnglishOverallRecommend the chair but only for the chair itself. It’s much better than the chair a family member has that was purchased 8 years ago. If you want App functionality or wireless charging, look elsewhere

First month of ownership review. Was fairly easy to put together. Just attach the foot massage portion and zip the seat pads and done. I wish the foot massager was heated. Also haven’t been able to get it connected to the internet to use the app. The chair seems to be very good quality and is a very good looking chair. The quality of the massage is outstanding with many different options. I was looking at chairs with four times the cost they had.a few more options but not enough to warrant there price. This is a great chair that can stand up to those more expensive ones with mostly the same options. The air bags are great give’s a great massage. We our actually thinking of buying a second one. We have designed a room around this chair. We absolutely love this chair. Also had some interaction with support and they were quick to handle my concerns to my satisfaction . We will see six months from know if I’m still happy I’m sure I will be. Keep up the outstanding quality real relax. Very happy customer

This is the worst purchase I've ever got from Amazon first the chair showed up with the heater would not work second fmonitor was broke third all the zippers were broke inside unable to access heating pads, they sent replacement parts, but were unable to get into where the heating pads are installed due to the broken zippers They refused to replace the chair and Amazon washed their hands of it

We search around from the website to find a massage chair to replace our old one, and found this chair.Besides the price, the zero gravity caught our attention also there are many different functions/features that make us want to try.We were hesitating whether or not to purchase massage chair again because heavy and hard to move. However, surprisingly it is easy to remove from the shipping box, put a dolly under it then move to inside our room by just two of us.We can’t wait to try it right away, it’s a little complicate than our old one but once you know how to use the control panel which makes very easy.It is very quiet compare to our old one. There are several auto programs that we find very useful and convenience or just select/adjust manually, also can saved programs to favor section for fast access in the future. A.I. care and Indian Yoga are my favorite.Currently we use the chair at least 1 to 2 times a day although still learning but so far we like it.

Yes it’s heavy and yes measure your doors! It took 4 people to get it inside and carry it upstairs. But OMG was it worth it! I love this thing so much! My friends ask to come over to use it all the time! Everyone is in love with it! I would say if you weigh over 250 pounds maybe go with a different model. My dad and mom are both bigger people and yes the chair worked for them, but both couldn’t get their arms in side arm massages, while in the chair. I weigh 170 lbs and this thing is as if it was built for my body perfectly. I use it every single day. I have neuropathy in my neck from a car accident ten years ago. And this chair has helped me tremendously. ALSO IF YOU WANT IT TO DO YOUR NECK FLIP THE PILLOWS UP! I was Leary about getting this chair because of complaints about it not massaging neck enough. On the screen it will tell you to flip pillow up if want neck done. And omg does it massage neck. Sometimes I’m like ahhhh too much tooo much haha. After I use the chair I hang upside down at a 45 degree angle in my inversion table ($130), my neuropathy use to be a 8 or 9 and now it’s like a 1 or 2!!!
