Great Computer
Computer works great and was a great price!

Not a touchscreen
This laptop was advertised as a touchscreen but nothing worked, so I checked in windows and it said there was No pen or touch input is available for this device. The model number did match to a touchscreen laptop but the display is clearly not. Case of bait and switch? Who knows, either way I wouldn't buy anything from these guys unless you like returning things.

Operating system didn't work
The installed Windows package that came with the laptop didn't work. Haven't received credit yet even though they received it weeks ago.

Ordered 2, one died after about a year of normal use
I bought two of these computers for use in homeschool. The computer works fine, is fully operational, and easy to use, touchscreen works fine. Keep in mind we don't use it for videos or music, just homeschool websites. The computers sit on a desk, are not moved around the house. After one year, the motherboard died on one laptop. The other one is still working properly. I ordered another of the same laptop to replace the one that died.

Purchased as a renewed product, but had to send it back, due to the fact it would not boot up!

No sound
The media could not be loaded. The sound went out on it for the 2nd time. I think I need to return it. Don't do refurbish this us what you get.
