Dr Clark Cloves Healthcare Supplement - Natural Digestive Health, 500 mg, 100 Pure Gelatin Capsules

Dr. Clark Store brand Cloves are excellent! Have been using them for years.Recently, they became available quickly via Prime and could receive same day or within a day from Amazon.Unfortunately, this had to stop. Despite being the fact that there was NO 3rd Party Seller and was Shipping from: Amazon with the Sold by: Dr. Clark Store, Inc. we still received a f-r-a-u-d-u-lent product.When I opened the bottle that I had received, it was very light colored mocha brown and not coffee colored deep, dark brown like what I was used to receiving and seeing.Keep in mind I've ordered this product at least 15 times over the years, so I know what they look like and smell like. I smelled what was inside and it did not smell like cloves, but rather like cut grass. The bottle and packaging looked identical to the last bottle I received. Plastic outer seal on top of lid, came in a box with Dr. Clark Store literature, but the lot number was black and looked nothing like the one I had received several weeks prior, which had an orange lot number and that bottle received then was authentic cloves.I reached out to customer service at Dr. Clark Store. Although, they didn't return my call when I left a vcml, I kept trying to call for up to a week. I finally got a Representative on the phone, that asked me to send pictures with the lot numbers as well as my Amazon order#.Dr. Clark Store took it very seriously and I received an email from Amazon that said my credit card would be refunded immediately. I also received a follow-up email from Dr. Clark Store that said I had been issued a credit to my credit card. Thank you Dr. Clark Store for taking this seriously and no longer allowing Amazon to ship your products directly from their warehouse.This is the 2nd f-r-a-u-d-u-lent product I have received from Amazon in a 10 day time-frame. The other was a Durvet product and Durvet also took it seriously, acknowledging they had just become aware of the issue and also asked for pics and my order# and issued a full refund. In this instance, the only thing that was different, is there was a 3rd party seller involved where it was shipping from a shipper called Datacom or Data.com through Amazon.Moral of this story is, to be extra cautious in what you receive from Amazon that you, your family or your pets will be ingesting. Do not assume that the product is authentic and be cognizant and question whether you have received an authentic product.After these 2 incidences, I will no longer be buying anything we ingest through Amazon. I'll go directly to the manufacturer or i-herb, as i-herb does not use 3rd party s-e-l-l-e-r-s at all. You've been educated! What you decide to do with it, is up to you.

They say that cloves are advertised as a fixer for fussy tummies(ie SIBO, IBD, etc), and mine is no exception. I take them about an hour after I eat just in case, and no adverse side effects to report so far, but everyone is different and your mileage may vary. Just throwing that out there. Besides GI issues clearing up, a pleasant surprise for me as a newly diagnosed T2 diabetic. I'm not exactly to the point of no return (a1c is mid close to normal), so take that as a factor. Besides cutting back carbs, taking this has started regulating my blood sugar. Huzzah! My last meal of the evening is usually my last meal aka dinner, and with the exception of a small snack (cheese stick or a cup of fruit) I don't eat anything until the next morning. I'm on metformin 500mg and with intermittent fasting, the next day I feel like sh#t and are an absolute joy to deal with as you could imagine. Cloves, I take a capsule hr after dinner, maybe that afformentioned small snack before bed, the next morning I don't feel like I want to carve anyone's face off, fry it up and eat it in desperate hunger. I also have insulin resistant dark patches on my body (acanthosis nigricans) and those have started to fade if not all out disappear! Holy shnikes, self esteem boost! Now keep in mind that I still take metformin but I also take clove too, and again bodies are different and your mileage may vary. Use at your discretion and be mindful of any side effects you may have and stop use if you're not feeling it; I'm not a Dr obviously and I'm stating what works for me. Good luck!

From my research, it appears that cloves can help my diverticulitis. So I’ve been using it, along with other supplements and herbs, to benefit my digestive system. After a few weeks of use, I haven’t noticed astounding healing, but I am pleased even with the slight comfort it offers me. Hopefully I’ll be able to heal without drugs or “the knife.”Clove contains fiber, vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients that can help the liver, digestive system and blood sugar levels. It reduces oxidative stress, and I find that’s very beneficial. Also, clove has ingredients that can stop the growth of microorganisms such as bacteria. It helps oral health, too.Sometimes I feel like I have a stomach ulcer acting up. Cloves can help that I found. Just a principle here: I don’t depend on just one or two “miracle” supplements or foods, but rather aim for a variety of foods to help my body stay healthy. Cloves is one of those foods. I recommend it.

Cloves gets eggs of parasites. It’s take 3 to 5 times a day. Never know when there going to hatch out I’m 74 . Is use along with dr Clark’s wormwood and green black walnut hull. These really work good together. Take for 21 days. Do once or twice a year, and I always feel so much better,

This product seems to be just what was needed. It helped me to keep my immune system up and I was able to avoid any illness that was being passed around at work.
