I am not a supplement junkie. I think that getting vitamins and minerals through daily foods are better than taking pills and using supplements. But, I have two RX's that drain my body of Magnesium and I don't spend time in the sun. I wanted to supplement only these vitamins and this drink does it perfectly. 2 packs of this each day and I have 50% of my Magnesium and all the D3 that I need. There are virtually no calories, minimum sugars, and few additives (citric acid, malic acid, and beta carotene). Only questions I have are: does coconut oil, even in powder form, not add some calories? and, could you make it without Ashwagandha (the simpler the better). Drinking this ensures that I get at 32 oz of extra water ever day. It is very mixable (TBH I use a very light weight hand mixer). Oh, I forgot the best part - it tastes really good. I know it's not a creamsicle but it tastes enough like one that I feel like I am having a treat.

I was skeptical to purchase these. I've been on several different anti anxiety/depression medications in the past and they've all kinda helped but I've hated side effects. So Ive been off everything for over a year now.I struggle with anxiety and stress. Best I can descrive it feels like a live electrical wire crackeling on the ground and it lashes out at any little thing near by. I get random hot flashes, sweat, can't sit still. My mind is constantly telling me I need to do x y &z, faster faster faster. Noises, especially high pitched and repetitive ones overstimulate me, I lose it and yell then feel stupid for my reactions.These were suggested by a friend. So I tried, skeptical as I was. But literally life changing. I can breathe deep. I've sat still watching and smelling the rainfall. I no longer pop with over stimulation without notice. I can walk into places at a normal pace instead of telling my kids hurry up. I'm singing again. I'm snuggling with my kids and having down time on the couch. Absolutely life changing. I feel like me again.I do love this flavor and the passion colada. But the blue coconut is like drinking a blue raspberry jolly rancher and it's just gross. I've found it's best to dissolve in cold water and then add ice. If you try to mix it in REALLY cold water first it takes longer to dissolve.

First I want to start off by saying this is one of the best tasting powders I’ve ever tried. Most of them always have an odd like chalky aftertaste. This one does not. It dissolves very easy in water and I loved using it with crushed ice took it over the top! I do think my sleep quality was better after drinking this twice a day for about 2 weeks. I did drink this along with taking saffron to try to help with my overall mood and I believe it did help me. There are a lot of claims that this product helps you to lose weight as well. While I did not lose weight I did see a difference in my bloated looking stomach. Overall this is a quality drink that I would order again I just wish it didn’t cost so much. I guess if you’re not drinking the way the directions say it will last you a while but drinking two a day it runs out really quick for the price of it.
