I’ve only got a small back garden and just potter about really, but the quality is great, and they’re perfect for what I need: mainly deadheading roses (in this video I’m deadheading hydrangeas).That said, they’re heavier and a bit bulkier than I’m used to, so I did find them a bit awkward at first, but I’ve got more used to them over time. I’m giving 4 stars, which feels fair. If I’m honest, as a woman with smaller hands, I’d prefer something slightly lighter and less chunky, which is why i deducted one star. But they are probably ideal for someone with a larger hand span.

At the value end but can cut garden plants like roses with ease and fits my large hands comfortably. Like most it can lock shut and has a spring pushing it open. This functions well.
