Tri-Arc WLFS0212-Y 12-Rung Walk-Thru Uncaged Fixed Steel Ladder, Safety Yellow Powder Coated Finish

The 9-rung ladder as pictured has 6 mounting holes and top handles that touch the upper platform. The real one that got delivered has 4 mounting holes and a simpler top loop. But the overall dimensions are the same, so it works just as well for me.The holes are 1/2” diameter, 22”x60” center-to-center spacing. You’ll need some sleeve anchors and a masonry drill bit to mount it. The whole thing is heavy steel and feels very sturdy. The other reviewer doesn’t like weld spatter, but that’s what happens when you use a stick! I’d rather a cheaper ladder than pay for someone to clean up the welds purely cosmetically. I have no doubts this thing will hold together forever. Roof access here we come!Edit: 6-month update after sitting through winter, some of the paint has chipped off in areas that weren't handled, exposing rust spots. I would do an enamel clear coat this once you get it to protect it a bit more than the default paint. Still super good value.

I needed a solid ladder to reach a loft that was safe for all of us to use. The guide for length was easy to follow so I could order the right length to meet our needs. Very solidly built, very cost effective, easy to mount to the wall, I would highly recommend and will utilize this company in the future for sure.

Ladder is well built and easy to install. My tech loves the ease it added to accessing the roof now. Worth more than the charge!!!!

Bought this for a storage loft for my garage. Well made. A few sharp burrs poking through the paint but overall a really great value. I bought the 9 rung ladder. It only has two sets of mounting tabs. The safety rails at the top do not mount to the elevate surface.

Unsafe - buckled bending and poor weldingWLFS0210 TriArc Stairs. Note that one side is sort of OK, but pretty poor compared to a proper mandrel bend, but the other side is a failure, huge wrinkle that deforms the tube wall and structurally compromises the structure as well as bad welding of joints.Naturally the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is 100% unresponsive to emails and phone calls, another useless agency that alienates the public and nobody cares, political appointees and another poster child of pretend regulation and bureaucrats not realizing silence is 100% destructive to trust.

This item is nearly a work of art—great design, very sturdy, excellent welding. I installed it in a few hours.

Just what I was looking for.. sturdy for low price.

Only the ladders and stand-off brackets arrived. Our models were supposed to come with walk-thru attachments, which did not arrive.
