Easy to use and really helped when needed.

When opening the package, I was initially unimpressed. The wipes are small and thin. That said, I didn't buy them as a replacement for other wipes. I bought them for their medicinal purpose and I saw results FAST. Within two days, things had improved immensely. So yes, buy them for the preparation H. Don't buy them with intent that they'll be regular wipes on par with major brands. The smell is also very medicinal, but that's to be expected.

This product which is well known and use it before,arrived in perfect condition,but when I tried to use found that the towels inside were accesible and tear apart.I call the manufacturer 3 times and and solution was offer except a LINK to send a photo of the product.That never happens.I beleive replacement should be send to me for 3 packages or the credit to purchase something else from AMAZON,we are Loyaland large purchasers and deserve better service.Thanks
