Reviewed by my wife:I realise results can differ from person to person, but I have found this product amazing!I have been taking Bee Propolis for a couple of years for Rhinitis/ Hay Fever with reasonable results, but this organic Green Bee Propolis from Time Health is outstanding.I take one tablet per day, which works very well indeed. Other brands I need to take three or four tablets to make a difference.I have no problem taking the capsules which are quite small and tasteless.Absolutely recommend this. For me it really does work

Bee propolis has a strong aromatic scent. There is no smell at all which makes me wonder about the quality or how much actual propolis is really in there.

I have been taking these capsules for about 2 weeks after seeing some information about how bee propolis can help boost your immune system, and help reduce inflammation, as I have multiple health problems and a weakened immune system I decided to try them.The capsules come in a glass bottle and are sealed inside the lid, they are fairly soft capsules and I find them very easy to swallow. I haven’t noticed any discernible smell from them.2 weeks isn’t really long enough to know whether they help I haven’t really noticed any difference so far. There are 60 capsules so at 1 per day you have a 2 month supply, so price wise it’s not too expensive. I haven’t had any reactions to the product. I am hoping that these will help but only time will tell as I feel that you need to give supplements a chance to improve your health.

These bee propolis capsules are great. I'm not entirely sure what benefit they have, as I didn't experience any obvious changes in my health. However, I consider them general health supplements and hope they are working in the background.They don't have any taste unless you open the capsules, in which case they kind of taste flowery. They also have a very strong flowery fresh scent, which you can smell even after you've swallowed them in the capsules.I haven't seen any negative changes or effects, and they are all good quality.I like to open the capsules to pour the powder into my smoothies, and they blend in really well.
