This desk top easel is exactly what I needed for drawing in my sketchbook. I use this two ways: 1. When drawing from a reference image (or textbook), I'll place the textbook on the easel and my sketchbook in front of it so I can easily view the reference material. When it's time for line art and color, I place the sketchbook on the easel and can adjust the height as I go depending on whether I'm doing color, shading, line art, etc. I like that this is made for drawing/art with the nooks and crannies that come built in. Because I have a hardbound sketchbook, I can place the sketchbook on the easel, then place my phone horizontally on top of the sketchbook and draw from a reference image on my phone. There's room for several pencils and line pens in the holders. It's attractive, sturdy, gives multiple height options of the easel angle for whatever medium you're working with. It also folds completely down so it can be tucked under a couch or coffee table easily when not in use. The handle makes it portable. Best of all, it comes 99% assembled. You only have to pop in the ledge that holds your book/paper. This is a great option for any artist. It's also fantastic for poring over a large book. While I mention it's the perfect size for my small 8.3 x 8.3 sketchbook, that's when it's completely open. I can also place large/heavy college textbook sized books (and cookbooks) on this no problem. Great product.

I like this. It serves my purpose well. I feel more comfortable drawing on a regular table now. Seems durable. Serves both ipad (13 incnes) and paper (8.5 * 11 inch notebook). I would recommend this. The bamboo wood is not thin, an issue I noticed with many easel’ s reviews. I am very happy with it.

Nice and made well. The pencil holes are very shallow so we drilled them through and then the angle still keeps pencils in use in place. Good for smaller projects but if you need space it could be too small.

One upon a time I had a functional drawing desk but it broke and I haven’t replace it. But as I’ve been drawing more and more I really missed taping so at an angle. I found this option and I really liked how it looked, plus I saw the potential of not only using it at my desk, but also in other rooms around the house and even elsewhere. I have to say that the product didn’t disappoint. It’s big enough for my sketch book and it has a little “stop” so it doesn’t slide, I could also use it with a piece of paper although I would use some washi tape for that), and I can adjust it to different angles easily. It’s sturdy, not light really but not heavy, and the quality of the wood feels really sleek and fine.I’m really loving it so far.

I bought this as a travel desk for my car. It’s well-made, beautiful and easy to use. The carry handle area is very comfortable.

Board is good, arrived in good condition. The finish could be a little better/smoother, but it is serviceable.After a month of use, I've noticed that the holder (the long plank that inserts to hold the canvas up) has warped to a noticeable degree, making it loose within the sockets and wobble. This isn't a huge impact, but does denote that the wood itself is very vulnerable warping.

I ordered this to use for my diamond paintings and it is perfect. I believe my light board is an A4 size and works perfectly with this stand.

Nicely made, but came without the strip that holds things from sliding off attached. The cutout on the face for pens, etc are also of less or no use.. There are seven groves for adjustments on the back. However, the last one is unless. Besides these little matters the item is very nice and fits my needs.
