I had an older Tens machine that I thought was good, until I got this little wonder!What a brilliant device, I got the one with 4 pads and you can place them where you like and set each set to whatever setting and intensity your body needs. I used it for a trapped nerve in my lower back.The pads stick really well time after time, the unit is thin and small and very unobtrusive and the battery life is absolutely superb - and it came fully charged so I could use it straight out of the box.Unbelievable, drug free pain relief for such a small price and I cannot recommend it highly enough.Just get one and pop in with your 1st aid supplies because it will always be there when you need it!!!

After being in total agony for five weeks due to a trapped nerve in my back I decided to buy this machine and I’m so glad I did as two days later my pain had gone. Since then I’ve been using it daily for other aches and pains. There are lots of different settings which I’ve had fun trying out and for such a tiny price let me tell you this is a powerful little device and is smaller than my mobile phone so you can just slip it into your pocket. I’ve only been using the A point so far but today decided to be brave and use both A and B points and am disappointed to find the B point doesn’t work, I’ve tried switching the wires round but it still doesn’t work but it is what it is and does what it says so won’t be returning it.

I bought this to use as EMS machine. To build some of my muscles. It takes few tries to get used to it. And then rise the intensity gradually. So far i am loving it. I used EMS the large machine at a clinic by a professional, and did feel the feeling i am having with this. Didnt see any results with the clinic. But After using this at my home, i feel some pain in my butt muscles which means it s doing something. The only thing is in the instructions it doesnt have pics of where exactly you are supposed to put the pads. And after uses the pads start to not stick 100% as the first. But so far i am loving it. I am using it on my butt for a whole hour program 10 at a full intensity. And i am using on my stomach for an hour upper pads program 10 , not full intensity yet, and the lower ones program 11 and also not full intensity yet. I tried using it on my upper arms but you need to be doing nothing to do it there , as i feels strong there and kinds pulls my arm so can be cooking or washing dishes as i do when using it on butt and stomach. Also trying to use it in my inner thighs , . I will update after couple of weeks . Hopefully with another positive feedback. I have not used it as tens or massage machine so i dont have a comment about that. But as EMS i feel it is doing something , only had it couple of days. Using daily . Just go slowly with it

Portable and slim to wear- easily tucked into pocket while on the move. Gave relief from hip pain. Frequently used and easily charged and worked well while it lasted, then suddenly stopped charging after just 4 months!

Wow...... didn't expect such a small item to have so much power !Incredible, instant relief on my lower back and will save me a fortune not having to go to a chiropractor 👍👍👍
