My doctor recommended that I get one of these. The price was right. Well constructed, the directions are self-explanatory. It for a couple days so we'll see but it seems to do the job of increasing your airflow

Sturdy constitution and motivating!
This product works exactly as advertised. I was recovering at home from pneumonia, which prompted the purchase of this spirometer. It was so helpful in incentivizing me to push past the pain and breathe in deeper with each breath by being able to watch the ball slowly rise. Definitely motivating and tangible feedback for progression in my healing journey. I like that the attachment hose can detach. I even took it on a trip. It traveled great. Very lightweight, yet sturdy, and it fit in my bag easily due to its convenient size.

Bye bye bye bronchitis
I bought this Incentive Spirometer because I was having trouble shaking the last vestiges on bronchitis. This spirometer is easy to use. It was fun to track my progress as my lungs strengthened and expanded. Thanks to this device, I was able to finally get healthy again. It was also a very minimal investment.

When I get sick, it usually moves to my lungs because I am an asthmatic. My sister is an ICU nurse and recommended I get a spirometer to help exercise my lungs and keep them open when I’m sick so it doesn’t get worse.I ordered this and it came faster than expected! It was easy to use and feels wayy more durable than the ones at the hospital.It’s a good tool to have for every day use, for asthmatics, and in sickness.
