very nice set. The barbell handle needs an offset so your wrists have someplace to go when you press with it. my wrists / forearms go right into the weights. One more set of collars would be nice, you have enough to make the kettle, a barbel, and one of the 2 dumbells. so gotta take the collars from the barbel to make the dumbell each time. it would be great if we could order an additional set of collars or weights, but I can't seem to find them on amazon.

Great adjustable set of weights for light workouts. Easily adjustable between the bar, curl bar and kettlebell. I can easily recommend this to my patients and and those looking to get started working out.

Awesome and convenient weight set!
I'm very pleased with this adjustable dumbbell set. It includes 8 5lb weights and 7 2.75lb weights that can be combined onto a single barbell, or kept separate to form two individual dumbbells. There's also a 15.5lb kettlebell that can be assembled as needed. Each piece comes with safety caps to ensure the weights stay in place during use. The barbell's center is padded for added comfort, helping to protect your hands and palms from discomfort while lifting. The set also includes an instruction manual with assembly instructions, as well as visual guides for various exercises. It even features an illustration of the muscle anatomy of both the front and back of the body. Overall, I believe this set offers great value for the price. While some might prefer weights made of iron or steel, these provide an affordable and reliable alternative that doesn't sacrifice quality. I think it's an excellent choice, especially for beginners looking for a versatile workout option.
