This footstool did not expand to full size. Information included in the description said it takes about 72 hours for the compressed stool to expand to full size. And more time to reach “hardness” .The first photo is after 3 days. The second one is 10 days after opened. (The 3rd photo is the displayed photo with the item. ) the second photo is as large as it got. It is Non-functional and looks terrible —- lumpy with the fold of cloth where there should be “filling”.I received a refund and won’t be reordering it.

Love these the are 17 inches high from ground so sit pretty level with my couch I let them decompress for 24 hrs before putting any weight to them I have younger kids n they have been sitting and climbing on them and they are holding up great have not lost firmness or shape

I gave 2 opportunities. Never worked.The instructions say that we must leave it for 72 hours in a ventilated area to rise and accommodate. First one after a week and a half only raised one side.On the second try, stayed half way. The picture is after 2 weeks in a fresh area, with ventilation, and a fan. Should I wait other 2 wks to finish or is it never going to self accommodate???!!!! Very very very disappointing.Update of the review 5 days later. The company saw the negative experience-review and refunded. Which I truly appreciate and speaks highly of the company. The ottoman is still as in the picture though. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was very skeptical of this when it first arrived. I knew I had to give it a chance to fully expand so that it would be sturdy.I can admit when I'm wrong, and I was wrong on this - it finally expanded to its full capacity and turned out amazing!

Very, very firm. Took a full 2 days to rise but looks pretty much as expected. Doesn't feel like it'll support being sat on, which is okay. Design is not as prominent as the images.

The ottoman ships in a vacuum sealed package , so don't expect a large box 😉. As soon as I cut the package open, it immediately started to expand! I ordered b/c of the height of 14", but after the first 72 hours of waiting for it to fully expand, I was disappointed that it never reached the full 14". Yes, that 1" matters to me, I need the extra height. I actually let it sit unused for 4 days, but still, nothing, it maxed at 13". There is still loose fabric at the top, which should poof to make the rounded top (see product images in ad) but it did not, I have a flat top ottoman. Returning it for a replacement, in hopes the next one will fully expand to 14" height. Otherwise, it's a great ottoman, very firm and priced within my budget.

This ottoman is a piece of junk. It comes vacuum. Packed with instructions to leave it out in a ventilated place for 72 hours. This is my second attempt with this piece of junk. Both times one side opened, and the other side remained closed and did not open. Despite every instruction, I followed from the seller and on the website. Amazon should be ashamed to Carey. This piece of junk.

Very comfortable & has a good height.
