This is the second Dermal Stamp I've had from Zmbity. The first one held up well and did a good job of improving my wrinkles. Using it exactly as recommended by starting on a shorter length needle then progressing to a longer length as my skin became accustomed to microneedling. I cleaned it with 70% alcohol prior to and after use each time it's used letting it dry completely. After 10 uses I throw it out as suggested. This works well and is durable enough to possibly be used longer but they are inexpensive for really good quality so I like to replace it and do as it suggests. The needles stay sharp and don't bend if used properly. It's easy to handle and the whole process is quick so I do it once or twice a week. I've started using a new Stem-Cell anti aging serum with it and I'm hoping for even more improvement. Love this stamp and will continue purchasing these in the future

Better than the roller and also has different needle sizes based on your needs and skin area. This is like a super deal for me. Read reviews, used the correct needle sizes according to skin area or scar. Make sure to read instructions and tutorials so you don't damage your skin and you get the right results. It helps serums absorb really well too. I use a roller for under the eye and on scalp for hair growth and that works well. This stamp covers mostly everything I need. I also use a high frequency wand, which makes my skin softer and healthier the next day. I was scared to use it, but the wand and the needling, plus the right serums and making my regimen simpler saves me time. 💆‍♀️

This so much better than a roller. I use it on my face and scalp once a week. No drag and easy to adjust to different depths. Great value!

It works well

I got this to try to even out a patchy/unfilled area of my so called beard.Was using one of those derma rollers, which are set at .25mm. The rollers didn't really seem to really be getting in there enough so I got this instead. I do set this to be around .6mm and I can definitely feel the difference.I was worried about there being 'track' marks on my face with how 'raw' it felt after but there weren't any.I would overlap the areas maybe 1/3 with the stamp and it seems to be doing well.Been on it every other day (for the most part) for a little over a month now and can say I do see some new growth in the problem areas. At this rate, maybe I'll have a decent beard in 6 months. I would say this is more effective than the derma roller, in my case at least.Just make sure you sanitize/clean it.I extend the needles out to the full 3mm and use a microbristle toothbrush and clean it under hot water.I apply IPA (isopropyl alcohol, 91% will do) on the needles and put some in the tray, I put the stamper in and shake it a bit to get the alcohol everywhere and let it sit for a few minutes.

I’ve just started using this so I can’t give a full review. I mainly bought this for my hair to help stimulate growth because using a micro needling roller wasn’t working too well. It really isn’t painful and I like that I can control the depth of the needles. I’ll probably use this on my face to help with collagen production too. It’s easy to use. Make sure you disinfect this in rubbing alcohol so you don’t accidentally inject dirt further into your skin. The price is really good and it seems durable.

I'm new to microneedling but I do like this device. I especially like that you can adjust the depth of the needles. I'm sure to clean it with alcohol both before and after use. I use my own serums before I use this and afterwards.

Holy God, the paper manual that comes with the product is absolutely bonkers when it comes to needle length and it's uses. This needs severe attention.Anything deeper than 1.5mm needle length is not acceptable for home usage. This depth is ONLY used by licensed dermatologists or aesthetic practitioners, typically with numbing cream, clinical sterilization, and post-care supervision. Do not, under any circumstances, go deeper than 1.5mm. At these depths, bleeding is guaranteed, and improper technique can lead to hematomas, infection, and or scarring. 2.5–3.0mm goes deep into the reticular dermis, sometimes hitting fat and blood vessels. That’s deeper than most tattoos!!The rest of the needle length table is not quite accurate either.- For scalp, use 0.75mm- For crows-feet, use 0.25mm (Also for forehead)- For stretch marks, use between 1.0 - 1.5mm (Start off with 1.0)- For cheeks, use between 0.5 - 1.0mm. I recommend 0.5.You Should use serums for these procedures as well. Hairline procedure:- After stamping scalp (***or any body part***), wait 15-30 minutes, then apply copper peptides. Do this once a week at MOST. Even then, by the seventh day, if you haven't fully healed, wait longer. It's okay to wait 10 days.- All the other days, use Hyaluronic Acid, then apply Copper Peptides. DAB ONLY. Do not rub in.Crows-Feet:- After stamping, same instruction as previous procedure.- All other days, use hyalronic Acid, then Copper Peptides, then (wait 30 minutes before using) rosehip cold press seed oil.Stretch marks:- After stamping, same instructions as previous procedure.- All other days, same as Crows-Feet instructions.Depending on how well the device works, the rating will either stay the same or lower. These two stars are permanently gone until they fix their manual. This product will eventually dull over, and hence you'll need to buy a new one over and over.
