Good price on sale for capability
Good value for the device. Has good functionality but you need to have O365 or install Open Office. For student work, does the job

This is a good one!!
Smaller than my older one but seems to work well, once I got used to it. Sometimes it seems jumpy but that could be related to the connection; I don't know. However, it warms up fast, allows me to get to the material I want to work on and the keyboard is comfortable, easy to use, and quiet.

Don’t buy this
Don’t do it! Scam???!!! I’m not sure how this can have so many good reviews. Maybe I got a dud. First, it didn’t come with a lifetime Office product key. I accidentally signed up for the free one-year subscription. Maybe instructions would have been helpful. Contacted customer service and they were initially very responsive until riiiiight before the return window was about to end. In that waiting time, the control key got stuck. Try doing anything with a stuck key!! THEN… it started freezing up randomly. I had to restart 3-7 times any time I wanted to get a thing done. I’m super glad this all happened before the return window. If I have any of my refund deducted I am going to flip.

Great laptop for the money. Fight for the product key…
I bought this laptop because I trust HP products and it came with a lifetime license for Office 2021. The software is supposedly pre installed. However, when you try to open Word or Excel, etc. it requires a product key. You have to contact the seller for that. They do eventually come through but it’s a hassle.It would be better if they just sent a paper with the laptop or a password to access, anything other than having to contact through Amazon to get what you need to operate the preinstalled product.Otherwise, this is a great offering. Hopefully it really is a “lifetime” license.Keep messaging them. They will eventually get you squared away.

Solid Performance from a Low Cost Laptop
This is a small but well made laptop. I bought it because I needed a Window 11 platform to try specific software on, and it has fulfilled that need. The unit is light weight and decent performance for such a low price.
