Our new winter best friend
I got this for my husband for our anniversary. (Ok, yes for me too) I was hesitant, cause I wasn't sure it would actually get used enough to warrant having it. But I'm so glad I got it!It heats up so fast. It's not going to warm up anything in it that fast, it takes time, but I love that it starts right away. Which is so great in this cold winter weather. Not only do we use this as a towel warmer, but we warm up socks (my feet are ice cubes in winter), hoodies in the morning before work, blankets for the extra umph to warm up. And it fits more than I thought it would, so if someone is warming up anything, you better believe others are throwing in socks, gloves, another hoodie lol.I love that it cleans easily too. It's smooth and not porous which makes it an easy wipe down. The cord is a pretty good length, which is just nice to reach outlets without having to be right next to them. Options, right? It's lightweight and the handles on the side make it easy to pick up and move. The time delay is fantastic! My family is up at 4 am to get ready for work. It's winter. It's freaking cold outside and a little chilly inside. So to have their hoodies already ready for them in the morning is just nice. Especially since no one is turning on the loud dryer trying to heat them up.So yes, buy this. It's awesome and so worth it, even if it is only for winter months.Any cons? Yes. The cord I mentioned earlier being a pretty good length, is a bummer when you actually want it plugged in and sitting next to the outlet. So now it's just bunched up trying to hide behind it.Also, I feel that green/red light ring telling you if it's on and heating up is extremely bright. But maybe that's just me. Either way neither of these things are a deal breaker.

Such luxury
This towel warmer brings such luxury to my shower. It is spacious enough to fit a robe and a towel or two. I could even use it for a blanket. I like the top display and timer for automatic shutoff. I will load it up, turn it on and by the time I’m done my shower, I can step out into a cozy robe and towels. It has a delay setting if needed and also a temperature indicator. The warmer is tall, with a small footprint so while roomy it doesn’t take up a lot of floor space. If I ever feel the need to put it away for a bit, it has cord storage in the bottom. I’m enjoying using this a lot. It is the bathroom accessory that I never knew I was missing.

Broke after 2 months of use
Buyer beware. This product worked great for just over two months. Then, it suddenly stopped heating midway through a cycle and has not worked since. There is no power to the LED screen at the top, and the buttons do not work. I have contacted the company's customer service department to get an exchange. However, after 3 days, there has been no communication. If they exchange this defective product for a new one that works for a normal amount of time, I will update this review.

Warm & Cozy
I can’t recommend this towel warmer enough! It comfortably fits two large towels or even my robe. Setting it up was a breeze, and it’s incredibly user-friendly. Plus, it adds a nice touch to my bathroom decor. The towels come out perfectly warmed every time. I usually put them in before my bath or shower and set it for 30 minutes, as I love my towels to be really cozy. The built-in scent holder is a fantastic feature; my towels smell delightful when I take them out. I was pleasantly surprised when the company reached out about six weeks after my purchase and sent me a complimentary towel just for buying this unit. I’m even considering getting two more as Christmas gifts for my adult children. This was truly a brilliant purchase and worth every cent. I haven’t experienced any issues with it, unlike some reviews I read. I never realized how much I needed a towel warmer until I got one, and I’m thrilled that I decided to treat myself!

loves warm towels
Awesome product. My shower feels so luxurious with this towel warmer. It has enough room for a robe and a couple of towels. I could even make a blanket out of it. The timer for automatic shutoff and the top display are features I enjoy. After loading it and turning it on, I'll be able to go out of the shower in a comfortable robe and towels. It features a temperature indicator as well as a delay setting if necessary. The warmer doesn't take up much floor space because it is tall and has a tiny footprint.

Love! And my kids can use it easily
Im totally in love with this! One of the best features is the 24-hour delay function, which is super convenient. I can set it to start warming up whenever I need it, and I don’t have to worry about having the timing to be perfect to get my kids stuff warmed. The unit heats up in 5 minutes and can continue to heat for up to an hour and with a touch of a button it extends it, and it does a great job on towels, clothes, blankets, and even shoes. A big plus for me is the child-proof top. Since I have a one-year-old, it’s great knowing he can’t access the inside, and the top stays cool to the touch, so he can’t burn himself. The unit itself doesn’t get overly hot, which gives me peace of mind with a baby around. It also has a colored light on top that stays red while it’s warming up. Once it cools down, the light goes off, so you can easily tell when it’s ready to use. Overall, it’s a solid product that heats things nicely and adds a touch of convenience to my daily routine. Highly recommend!!!

Total and Complete GARBAGE - died in about 45 days
DO NOT BUY!!!! I bought this towel warmer in January. Less than 90 days later it completely died and does not come on at all. Now I have a large square paperweight that I cannot return. Any appliance (with no moving parts ) that you cannot count on for at least 12 months is garbage, which is where this thing is going to, into the garbage. Huge waste of money. I have an Asuka brand towel warmer that I have had for over a year, and no problems, so you may want to take a look at Asuka's before you buy one of these.Update - Serenelife has replaced the unit under the warrantee. I will let you know in the future if the unit performs well. It took more than one request, but it got done. It is always good when you at least know a company will honor their warrantee.
