I've been taking these to reduce gout symptoms, and can't say for sure if it helps or not. I still have some toe aches, but maybe less frequently? Either way, it hasn't been the panacea I was hoping for.

Bought these for an active bought of gout. I’m not seeing any results yet after taking these for the past week. Tried to send them back as they noted “returnable”, but upon trying to return them, Amazon says too bad so sad! Stuck with them.

It feels like a good cleanse and I love that. The pills are not hard to swallow thankfully and I always pair it with a big glass of water.
