Gave me heartburn
I'm sure this works for others but I deal with GERD and this made it worse. I was using this to help against H Pylori but I had to discontinue use. If you deal with heartburn/ GERD, I would be careful using this.

I use this when I'm around people who are sick with colds, it works great and it doesn't prevent the cold but it makes it to where the cold isn't as severe for me
