Great computer, excellent customer support
Great computer! Exactly what I was looking for. I had an issue when I received it. The included Microsoft Office Pro lifetime was not activated and required a product key. I had refused the Office 365 trial as instructed. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive, they addressed the problem and had the product key I needed worthiness 2 days.

Just enough power to to do basic stuff
Just right for all the work! Price is right for the power I need. Really do not need all the extras, just basic internet work. Enjoying a system that does not over wilm me at 90 years of age!

Waste of money
Lap top runs out of memory with very little use.I’ve had this computer for a very short period of time. I’ve only used it about 10 times had to uninstall the cloud in order to even get it to update because it ran out of memory with just using the cloud. The onboard memory is very little and the operating system uses up most of the onboard memory. Do not purchase. Now I have to buy a new computer already.

size of hard drive
Overall it is a good laptop, and I'm happy about it. Basically a wireless device with the convenience of a keyboard for using it.Was going to mention, however, that I was a bit misled about the size of the hard drive. It does not come with 384 GB hard drive space. The size of the internal hard drive is 118 GB, and about 50 GB of that is already committed to the operating system, which leaves the user with about 50 GB of free hard drive space. Maybe it is not a problem if you buy an SD card to add more GB.

Good for Work, Study
The design looks stylish, and the performance is smooth for multitasking. Battery life is decent, and the sidplay quality is clear. Nice HP laptop.

Exceeded expectations
Received within a day. The laptop looked like it was never touched, brand new. Microsoft 365 was included. Very impressed for the price. I’m not a gamer or look to stream movies. I bought this laptop solely for work and primarily use it for Quickbooks and Microsoft 365 applications. I don’t think there is a better deal out there for this price. Highly recommend
