I would say Medium. I’m a 35 waist and Large works for me. BTW the Bamboo are the best.

Q: What size is best for a 38 waist and a 44 butt?

I don’t know but these are tight Not as tight as a boxer brief tighter than regular boxers which tend to be large in the legs. So I would pick a size larger than my waist if you care about how they feel on your butt

For a 34 inch waist, you should order a size Medium. Chill Boys Medium covers waist size 32" to 34". Thank You!
