I purchased this item for my son who has hip pains when he sleeps. I have the exact same for my hip and back pain after my chiropractor recommended it. I would also like to say it was perfect after having hip replacement surgery. I recommend it for those issues.

I am a petite person with hip dysplasia and a lot of nighttime hip pain. This pillow is a nice even shape and allows me to full support my legs from pelvis to lower body and keep hips level at night. It also works well for under knees when back sleeping. I’m buying a second one after using it every day for a few years!

I'm a side sleeper, and I've been using a king size down pillow for years. It has most certainly helped and been better than nothing, but the pillow would go flat. I found myself constantly readjusting and re-fluffing the pillow. I decided to give this support pillow a try, and I'm very satisfied with it. I definitely need support for my knees and ankles, and this works great! It took me a little time to get acclimated with how to position this pillow, but I've been sleeping great! In fact, I haven't been waking up as much in the middle of the night as I usually do. Like others have mentioned, it's about the size of a standard pillow, but it works great. I'm 5'8" and on the petite side, so it has been the support I needed. Definitely recommend!

I had a 5 level lower back fusion 3 years ago.Do my exercises daily. Work with someone twice a week who works closely with my PT for improving strength. Sleeping at night has been a nightmare. Not one good nights sleep since the surgery until this pillow!! Have tried 5 different pillows previously. I move around at night. Side to side and to my back. Have slept through the night every night since using this pillow!!! Truly a miracle for me! When I change positions I find this pillow easy to readjust so that it hardly wakes me up.Definitely get the pillow case with it although I do wish it was softer. I believe with use and washings it will soften up. But not a big issue.I am 5’9-10” and the size works great.,I am not sure what do do about traveling because it’s too big for my suitcase but don’t want to sleep without it.Have been using all kinds of sleep meds for three years and none have worked consistently. Not going to need them anymore…..

I have Ehlers Dalos Syndrome and Arthritis, so because the joints in my hips and knees can slip out of their sockets it causes inflammation and pain, I need a firm pillow that can keep my hips, knees, ankles and spine all aligned otherwise it can lead to more damage and pain. This pillow has an indention that misaligns my legs leading to uncomfortable pain in all the spots on my legs and sometimes in my back. I'll wake up with a burning tingling sensation in my hip and it's because the pillow can't keep your legs properly separated, it's almost like there isn't a pillow at all. This pillow gets flat SUPER QUICKLY making it even worse. I bought a different pillow that was firm, round and long enough to hold my feet separated and keep everything aligned and the release of tension off my hips and spine is a blessing. If you want extreme pain in your legs and waking up with stiffness in your spine in the morning, this is the pillow for it. Please, get a better one, DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM OF A PILLOW!

I bought one of these from you years ago and it was much better quality than this and it had a nice zipper that still functions these have no zipper but I guess they will have to do not thrilled with it though

I bought this pillow because I have a tear in my meniscus. I was using another knee pillow, but it did not support my whole leg. This pillow has made all the difference. I love it! I’m so glad that I ordered it! When I’m not sleeping on my side, and I turn on my back,I put it under both my knees for support. My whole body feels better. This pillow is truly a “ 5.”

I’ve used regular pillows and knee pillows before but so glad I found this one. Every week or so I put in the dryer on just air fluff for 20 minutes and it’s ready to go for another week.
